- • Establishes system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks, and operating and system management systems
- • defining system and operational policies and procedures
- • Maintains system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning
- • troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems
- • designing and running system load/stress testing
- • escalating application problems to vendor
- • Securing IT systems at all levels and make sure all adhere to company compliance policy
- • Upgrades system by conferring with vendors and services
- • developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software
- • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

| Required Skills : |

- • Hands on experience with Windows Server 2008/2008R2 and Windows 7
- • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies like Exchange 2007/2010, Active Directory, DNS,DHCP, Office Communication Server 2007 R2, SharePoint 2010, IIS 7/7.5, SQL 2008 and Terminal Server
- • Working experience with IIS 7/7.5 and SQL 2008
- • Knowledge of firewall, LAN/WAN connectivity
- • Certification like MCP, MCSE, MCSA, MCITP (Preferable)
