Job Description : |

- • Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
- • Assess and understand the business and business needs for solutions
- • Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to developers
- • Analyze change requests and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals
- • Work with the Technical Leads and Development Teams to ensure that they understand the specifications
- • Work with individual teams and document functional specifications, use cases, system scenarios, etcetera
- • Identify process shortcomings and develop change proposals based on impact analysis and prepare training plans accordingly
- • Understand the business requirements and the eventual technical flow and generate applicable scenarios for the functional testing team

- • Have exceptional abilities to summarize and compose complex requirements for functional stakeholders and similarly to convert basic one-line requirements to tailored versions for individual stakeholders
- • Have working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
- • Be able to position and “sell” solutions that are reasonable, logical, and cost-effective
- • Be forward-thinking and be aware of latest technologies to ensure solutions are most efficient and brought to fruitful execution with the help of individual team members
- • Can solve problems and apply methodologies such as Unified Modeling Language and Rational Unified Process, or similar, to prepare detailed specifications using case statements and related documentation
- • Possess people skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with stakeholders and communicate changes that may not be aligned with the original expectations
- • Be aware of basic documentations, technical and otherwise
- • Be a great team player
